Vincent graduated from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA, with a B.A. in Economics, with Distinction, Phi Beta Kappa and from The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, CA, M.Div., Summa Cum Laude. Vincent specializes in biblical languages:  Koine Greek, Biblical Hebrew and Biblical Aramaic and is in his eleventh year as the founding Pastor-Teacher of Grace Church of Sacramento in the suburb of Citrus Heights.  Vincent and his lovely wife, Nadia, have three children: Josiah Abraham, Elisheva Hazzelel and Rachel Hadassah.


Todd Bolton

Todd graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Anthropology. Following college, he spent two years in China doing missionary work. Since returning, Todd has worked as a Church Administrator and Pastoral Intern at churches in Berkeley and Oakland. Todd received his M.Div. from The Cornerstone Seminary in 2010. He attends Community Bible Church in Vallejo, where he leads a weekly Bible study and teaches Sunday School. Todd lives in Vallejo with his wife, Rhonda.


Ed Caguin

Ed migrated to California from the Philippines in August 1985. He obtained his accounting degree from The University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines in November 1966. Prior to joining The Cornerstone Seminary in September 2004 he worked as an accountant in four different companies here in the Bay Area. Currently, he is on staff with Community Bible Church, serving in the finance department and the church bookstore. Ed and his wife Susan live in West Sacramento and have two married sons and two grandchildren.

Bill was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and after his Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army in 1968 he worked in various sales and training positions for a large international pharmaceutical company for 39 years.  In 1976 he was drawn to the gospel, regenerated, and soon was studying and teaching in his local church eventually serving as an elder for 5 years.  Upon his retirement in 2008 he was asked to "help" at Grace School of Theology and Ministry eventually serving as Administrator and Registrar.  After the merger with The Cornerstone Seminary in 2014 he was asked to stay on staff.  Bill and his wife Debra live in Concord and serve in ministry at Grace Bible Church - Pleasant Hill; they have 6 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
